Coverage: 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

What’s included: Electronics failure, assembly faults, defective materials.

What’s not: Cosmetic wear, accidental damage, misuse, water damage, unauthorized repairs.

How to claim: Email support@momento.works with your order number, issue description, and photos/video.

Outcome: At our discretion we may repair, replace, or refund the product.
